As soon as Biden got into office, his DOJ went after Mackey, a very popular social influencer on X. He received a seven-month sentence for posting a Hillary Clinton MEME about voting on Wednesday instead of Tuesday. The second circuit court of appeals just threw out his conviction.👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
