Occam’s Razor Gardening, Cooking & Canning Ep 52

Welcome. The second zucchinis will be ready for harvest tomorrow.

The black flea beetles on the potato plants still need a soapy water spray twice a day.

The squashes had no eggs laid on them by the squash bugs and I fended off a half dozen early in the day and none seem to come back in the high heat.

The Japanese Beetles are waning in numbers but still slowly killing off the raspberry bush.

A turmeric/milk spray is in the cards for tomorrow. Every 2nd day seems to work well right now, and it will fend off mildew in this humidity.

The Bird Shit Berry Bush is not quite pining for the fiords. Looks like at least two more slim pickins tomorrow.
