Ice Cream Truck Jingle and very loud AC engine. The use, since early 2009, by the spy agencies of the Ice Cream trucks’ loud jingle and AC loud engine, is another tool in the vast arsenal the spies have to harass anyone they want. These trucks are normally placed either next to my apartment, or at an audible distance from my home, remaining stationery with their jingle on.
