Intoxicated stalkers. The exploitation of the vulnerable, mental troubles, drug addiction, poverty, by the fifth column, spy agencies, is old, they are employed in harassment operations, in the commission of high profile crimes, and to divert attention from something else. Social workers and other health professionals are involved in the scheme as well.
