The 7 Seal Judgments and the Tribulation period, part 4.

Revelation 6 shows a period so bloody, it almost cannot be believed. After the 6th of the 7 seals was opened, John witnessed the cosmic shaking of the visible and invisible realms of the 1st through the 3rd Heavens.

Many believers sometimes erroneously believe that Elohim of the Old Covenant Writings and Theh-os of the New Covenant Writings are very different, since the New Covenant Writings portray Theh-os as gracious, merciful, and patient while the Old Covenant Writings’ emphasis is on judgment, retribution, and Torah.

This erroneous attitude is held by many believers when they try to understand the book of Revelation. It is not unusual for them to not recognize the Torah authorizing Elohim as the loving Theh-os of grace. But, it is not accurate.

The name Theh-os is the New Covenant Writings’ version of Elohim. Theh-os holds an equivalent definition and application to the Triune Yahweh El Shaddai of the Old Covenant. Believers who believe in this nonsense that we have two types of Elohim, one in each Covenant, are patently wrong. The Septuagint calls Elohim Theh-os.
