Shadows: Episode 2, Tuck owns Scarlett City

In episode 2 of Shadows, Tuck has become overly confident about the power he has. He brags about having the Scarlett City Police on his side. He also threatens the life of a hardworking man who is angry about his wife having an affair with Tuck.
