Prayer to St. Rita for Impossible Cases is a prayer asking for the intercession of St. Rita, who is a patroness of impossible cases. St. Rita had a difficult life. She was married to a violent man, with whom she had two sons. After her husband was stabbed to death, she prayed that her sons do not seek to avenge their father's murder. They died of natural causes one year later. St. Rita's feast day is 22nd May.
