TERROR: Sam Naked in a Ferguson Vest.

Whistleblower Samuel A Magliari, Jr. is being terrorized at Garner Correctional Institution of Connecticut. I speak to Sam 3-4 times a day. I did not hear from him on July 10th which worried me. On Friday July 11th, I spoke with Sam twice in the morning. Sam was very scared. He said that they are trying to force drugs on him after being stripped searched and put into a Ferguson Anti-Suicide Vest naked. He told me that he was told that he was going into isolation. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM SAM SINCE.

The “ENEMY” (Title 50 US Code 2204) seized by “SEDITIOUS CONSPIRACY” (Title 18 US Code 2384), and weaponized the US Judicial Branch from top to bottom executing “DOMESTIC TERRORISM” (Title 18 US Code 2331) upon the “We the People” of America through pirated power affirmed by “ENEMY” Courts. Plus, violation of the Justice for Victims of War Crimes Act & Geneva Conventions.

An anti-suicide smock, Ferguson, turtle suit, pickle suit, Bam Bam suit,[1] or suicide gown, is a tear-resistant single-piece outer garment that is generally used to prevent a hospitalized, incarcerated, or otherwise detained individual from forming a noose with the garment to commit suicide. The smock is typically a simple, sturdily quilted, collarless, sleeveless gown with adjustable openings at the shoulders and down the front that are closed with nylon hook-and-loop or similar fasteners. The thickness of the garment makes it impossible to roll or fold the garment so it can't be used as a noose. It is not a restraint and provides modesty and warmth while not impeding the mobility of the wearer. The suit covers all private areas, as the wearer is to be naked under the suit for their own protection.
