Same chick been doing this for years. She was halfway decent over 10 years ago but once she got into drinking and drugs her life was pretty much over. She did ok while she was on probation a while, dressed nice, went to work but one she was done on probation she went right back to her bad ways. Her boyfriend has been a big-time bike thief for years around here as well as into drugs but can't seem to ever get him arrested.
