X (formally twitter) restricts videos to 5 megabytes when replying to posts (please, cut the crap!)

It is a frustrating thing I found a work around, so I had to both compress and lower the resolution of it so it can be uploaded. If you run into this problem, that's what needs to be done.
However for normal video posts, there is a far bigger upload size limit.
