Coming Soon: Richard Luthmann Hunts Jeremy Hales in the Swamps for Alligator #MeToo Truth
COMING SOON to Rumble: Richard Luthmann Is On the Hunt — and the Trail Is Swampy.
In this outrageous, satirical promo from The Unknown Podcast, investigative bulldog Richard Luthmann previews his wildest investigation yet: a hunt through the Florida Everglades, Alligator Alcatraz, and beyond in search of victims of YouTube mega influencer Jeremy Hales. But this time, the alleged victims aren’t just human — they might have scales, tails, and federal credentials.
Armed with a microphone, a camera crew, and zero fear, Luthmann tracks down leads from anonymous sources suggesting that Hales’ Gator Love may have crossed the line into criminal territory. The claims are absurd — but the satire bites hard. Luthmann’s mission? To uncover whether Jeremy Hales, known for his popular channel What the Hales, has engaged in inappropriate or abusive conduct — and if so, to give voice to those harmed, even if they live in the swamp and snap with 3,000 PSI.
The promo video shows Luthmann trudging through muck and mangroves, questioning the silence of the Everglades, interviewing local characters, and even visiting Florida photography legend Clyde Butcher to discuss nature, trauma, and truth. “I will go to Alligator Alcatraz, microphone in hand, and interview every alligator I can find,” says Luthmann in a now-viral clip. “If Jeremy Hales touched even one, we’re gonna have an alligator #MeToo moment.”
Co-host Michael Volpe adds, “If those alligators are ICE agents — and some are on the federal trail — then Hales may have assaulted a federal officer.” While Volpe notes the satire, Luthmann insists that where there’s smoke — and gators — there may be fire.
With hints of Borat and shades of Hunter S. Thompson, this offbeat teaser plays with cultural taboos, viral fame, and the boundaries of investigative reporting in the digital age. But underneath the satire is a sharp critique of online celebrity, power dynamics, and how platforms like YouTube fail to investigate credible allegations — even the scaly kind.
Whether Jeremy Hales is a misunderstood gator whisperer or something far worse, Luthmann vows to follow the trail wherever it leads. “I’m going to get it straight from the alligator’s mouth,” he says.
This is not your average exposé. This is Gatorgate — and it’s coming soon.
