Russia has reportedly hacked Ukraine’s top-tier Delta command system—often dubbed Ukraine’s "digital brain"—in a major cybersecurity breach. The cloud-based Delta system plays a key role in coordinating Ukraine's drone strikes, HIMARS targeting, and real-time battlefield data. Russian hacker collectives are believed to be behind the infiltration, which may have exposed sensitive military information, including Russian troop movements and NATO-integrated assets. Ukrainian military intelligence (GUR) has launched an investigation, with concerns also rising over insider leaks. This is the second major breach of Ukraine’s military tech in 2025, following a KillNet-led cyberattack on its Virazh air defense network in May.
