Top Set/Last set. 50lbs.
Left-Side.

Wide Grip dumbell Curls with incline on bench.

This was pretty good, self spots at the latter half for further stimulus. I'm trying to focus on keeping isolated and getting good stretches at the bottom. In addition, you want the grip wide (of course) and your pinkies higher than your thumb.

The pump was pretty good. 💪
