ASMR For When You Can’t Stop Thinking 🫁 (no lights)

hi!

when I first started watching asmr I did it because my thoughts would never quiet down.

I used to suffer from nightmares and would lay awake at night dreading closing my eyes.

my thoughts clouded my head and left me restless. I’d wake up in the middle of the night more often than not, then the whole process would repeat itself.

when I found asmr it allowed me to forget my thoughts and really focus on whatever the person was telling me. it relaxed me.

this relaxation allowed me a moment of peace. asmr quieted my thoughts and allowed me a safe space to fall asleep and stay asleep throughout the night.

I made this video hoping that my little questions, and occasional direction could quiet your thoughts too.

I know a lot of people who watch asmr struggle with the same issue.
