Getting The Homeless Off The Street

Where is the money going??? oh yeah, to the city to build blockers and law enforcement to remove the homeless and their stuff into the trash. That is Governments idea of "Getting Homeless Off The Street". Did you really think it was to actually help people ?? No, it never is, even in disasters, they dont come in to help make things easier, No they spend the money to impose restrictions, take your supplies and insure that you cant rebuild. That way you join the homeless over here and they can victimize you some more for some more money.
