India Condemns Reported Eggs Attack At Rath Yatra Procession in Canada’s Toronto | N18G

India has strongly reacted to the reported incident of eggs being hurled at devotees during Rath Yatra celebrations in Toronto, Canada, on Monday, calling such acts "regrettable." This comes after a woman shared a video from the procession, where she noticed eggs being thrown at the devotees from a nearby building and posted about it on the social media platform Instagram. In the video, eggs can also be seen scattered on the streets. The devotee in the video claimed that the eggs were thrown from nearby buildings. Condemning these acts, the Indian government stated that it has raised the matter with Canadian authorities to hold the perpetrators accountable.
