this is my second list of release of people who have reached my personal information my HIPAA information my financial information and my marriage information without my written consent and has repeated it talked about it in the work environment and shared it with other co-workers without my consent. As well as two individuals who tainted my drink. and HR did nothing to protect me instead I left.
