HO Scale Bachmann 4-8-4 Freedom Train

Used Bachmann 4-8-4 Freedom Train. Advertised as working.
Model of the 1776 Bicentennial Freedom Train engine.
Two minor issues. The draw bar for the tender was upside down. The pickup wire from the rear truck was broken. Causing a very intermittent short.
The am I satisfied scale. Yes. A much higher bar. Would a grand parent buying this for a grand kid be satisfied. Close call. I would say yes because of the price. And there is some risk with used model.
The draw bar was obvious and easy fix. The broken wire was an easy fix. But would take some trouble shooting skills.
It was reasonably priced. It did arrive in working condition. I would by from this seller again.
