We have all adopted structures and routines in support of our good. This ability is required now. Put structures in place to protect and nurture your Yes. It is up to each of us to prioritize our good.

Sometimes it is disappointing to others if we don’t say Yes, but our first commitment is to our inner journey. If we say yes to something or someone that is not congruent with our truth, resentment, burnout and confusion about what we really want will ensue. It is best to keep it clean from the start and always live from the inside out.

If we have built a tower/life that is out of integrity, it will eventually be knocked down by the lightning of Truth. Cosmic two by fours abound when we are out of integrity with ourselves and our Yes. When we build our tower from a solid foundation of authenticity and inner congruence, we live at a different level of consciousness: cosmic two by fours are no longer required!

A glorious, victorious life of vitality and joy is ours when we live from the inside out, following our Yes, and letting Life flow through us out into the world. How are you saying Yes to your Yes and showing your self you are trustable?

No need to throw oneself into the deep end to prove anything… this is your life, do it your way! Be kind with yourself if you are not yet living the beautiful balanced life you desire. You are a powerful creator and once you begin to take steps, Heaven and Earth will move with you to move your ball of life up the field!
