Hello and welcome to today’s tea break in which we focus in upon The Mistrial of Lucy Letby by going back in time
I can well remember when The Crown Expert Witness Dewey Evans i called everyone raising concerns about this case little more than pound shop Poirot’s (detectives)
I was deeply offended as I have always seen myself as more of a Home Bargains Miss Marple
And this Miss Marple may have stumbled across another key missing piece of the overall investigation that may count as either a procedural error or a legal error
I’m talking about the missing MOU (The memorandum of understanding procedure) if that is what its still called these days
