Seed oils & peanut oil have way too much omega 6!

A healthy balance between omega 6 to 3 is known to be around 1:1 and 4:1. But most meals are made with a huge imbalance between omega 6 to 3, creating cravings for more fats in the attempt to get more omega 3 in (my opinion).
Instead of seed oils, get organic (or beyond organic) and pastured raised saturated fats, since their levels of omega 3 is much higher and your craving for fats will drastically reduce.
