Hugo has been using the Scotson Technique (TST) to treat cerebral palsy since the age of 7 months, to great effect. Hugo was not expected to be able to recognize faces, sit up, walk, talk, or interact meaningfully with the world.

In this most recent June 2025 update, Hugo is tackling obstacles and reaching new heights of his own abilities.
