General Meeting 7.12.25

We've missed several meetings: One to attend our local Flag Day celebration, and one to conduct our Stop the Bleed training. That makes about 844 that we've trained in Yavapai County, Arizona! Much of this meeting is Jim's sitrep and discussion of threats. Also best ways to mitigate them!
