In the Light Again

I walked alone through endless night,
With only echoes, no clear sight.
But then a whisper broke the air,
A quiet glow was shining there.

It called my name, it warmed my skin,
A voice so soft, it pulled me in.

Now I’m standing in the light again,
Breaking free from where I’ve been.
All the shadows fade and fall—
The sun inside me burns through all.
I’m rising, glowing deep within…
I’m alive in the light again.

The past still knocks, but I don’t bend,
I’ve learned to lose and start again.
Through every tear, through every scar,
The light showed me just who we are.

No storm can steal what lives in me,
A fire that sets the darkness free.

Let the world spin, let the wind roar,
I know what this heart is beating for.
I found my truth, I found my flame—
The light was mine before it came.

Now I’m standing in the light again,
