(A lot of people who voted for Trump are going to have difficulties with this assessment of Trump's performance with Ukraine and his many other foreign interactions. To be clear, I voted 3 times for Trump, partly because he promised to extract the US from the forever wars. Instead of immediately rejecting this analysis because it goes against the many you thought you voted for, listen carefully and then use this information to pay attention to what is really happening in the world. You will need to find alternate news sources to better understand what is really happening.

There is a serious concern that Trump is confused. What is he trying to do? Someone who has personal contact with Trump has noticed that Trump's mental capacity seems to have changed in the past 2 months from what it was 18 months ago. Trump's use of profanity in public is another concern, regardless of what he might feel privately.

We need to separate what Trump says from what actually gets done. Trump doesn't read and study history. He doesn't understand Russia, China, Iran, and many other complex societies. This creates many problems when trying to deal with these countries. He is making one bad policy decision after another.

Putin's position on Ukraine has been consistently outlined prior to the Special Military Operation (SMO) that started in February 2022. Unfortunately, Trump has made no proposals for peace in Ukraine. He continues providing weapons & money to Ukraine and even the intelligence for missile & drone targeting.

Trump's recent military promises to Ukraine are meaningless and leave no possibility for Ukraine to win against Russia. It is obvious that Russia is winning militarily, yet Ukraine, Europe, UK, and the US refuse to stop fighting. Since the West doesn't want to negotiate an end to the conflict, the Russian military will continue until the Ukraine military collapses. Larry expects that the collapse will come suddenly, like a dam breaking.

The US has been its own worst enemy. It keeps breaking agreements. Russia & China now have the best working relations in their history in spite of US attempts to destabilize them. Russia, Iran, China, North Korea all have excellent working agreements with each other. They don't trust the US to negotiate in good faith. They all remember that while the US & Iran were negotiating, the US gave Israel the green light to invade Iran & then the US sent B-2 bombers to strike Iran's nuclear enrichment sites.
