Samuel A Magliari, Jr is being tortured in Garner Correctional Institution under your supervision.

Currently, your facility is forcing drugs on him after stripping him naked and locking him in a 4x3 cage to await a criminal diagnosis requiring drugs.

He is a harmless man that has come forward as a whistle blower.

This is Domestic terrorism and seditious conspiracy.
