Trump's Tariffs: A Tool of Diplomacy and Part of a Broader Strategy to Isolate China?

At a recent Republican Study Committee media row, we spoke to several House Republicans about Trump's threat of secondary tariffs against Russia as he pushes for a peace deal as well as Trump's strategy against the Chinese Communist Party. How can America better counter the threat posed by the Chinese regime?
