Ghislaine wasn't procuring little girls for Epstein to rape or for Ghislaine to force the girls to have sex with Epstein only. Yes that happened. But the word "trafficking" according to the US State dept means:

So the children were not trafficked for Epstein alone. Our government and talking heads think we're stupid. We're not stupid President Trump. You're a business man, you know what "FOR COMMERCIAL USE" means. In other words, the children were sold to be raped by adults that have not been implicated. That our government wants us to believe do not exist and this never happened.

Plus Ghislaine Maxwell had a submarine operator license and has a helicopter operator license. She created the TerraMar Project and managed to get the United Nations to grant passports to her members as citizens of the oceans.

Starr “used his political connections in the White House to get the Justice Department to review Epstein’s case.”

According to the book, emails and letters sent by Starr and Epstein’s lawyer, Jay Lefkowitz, show they were “campaigning to pressure the Justice Department to drop the case.”
