3 years on TRT, 46 years old. Review of events since Red Pill Workouts #12. Theraband Flexbar for tennis elbow. New dumbbells! Tour of the Steel Sanctuary (The Unchained Gym) – lots of improvements. Recent financial victory & game-changer in my life. SOBRIETY! – My personal sobriety journey continues. Fitness updates – Bulking in 2024, Cutting in 2025. Now going for 1.5 Years Sober! I have 7 cats now.
Discussing my English-teaching business that I am finished with (teaching English to gooks).
Status on Season 2 of Unchained.
I’m planning to go back to Russia and/or Eastern Europe.
And… electrolytes.
