This 2018 video has been processed because the British government recently announced that they intend using tax payer money to fund Geoengineering research, as if Geoengineering was something new. '2018' - Point made :)

I apologise for the video quality. Our Sony 'Bridge' camera was on it's last legs back in 2018 and it was impossible to get a window cleaner willing to risk his life reaching 30 and 40ft above uneven ground.

Pilot's sign a NOTOC document before flying, which is akin to a COSHH assessment on the railway, so they "KNOW" exactly what chemicals they have onboard and what they are doing.
Therefore, those who deny Weather Modification is real despite all the Patents, Whistleblower's Admissions, Visual Evidence and their NOTOC's, but still knowingly spray toxic chemicals with total disregard for everyone below, must know full-well that someone is spraying their family too.
