I’ve done it both ways—meds and lifestyle changes. For me? Sunshine, fresh air, movement, real food, family, faith, and human connection did more for my mental, physical and emotional wellbeing than any pill ever did. I’m not anti-medication, but it shouldn’t be the first solution. We’re more medicated than ever… and more miserable, too.
