Mike Lacoss

I spent the week in southern New Mexico at elephant Butte lake. My long time friend also former major league baseball player for many years Mike Lacoss took me fishing with a great local fisherman named Frank from his business land of enchantment, fishing and hunting. Frank came to the United States from Cuba in the early days of the Castro regime. What an amazing life this man has had. After being a doctor for many years, he decides that he’d rather fish. In the video we prepare two beautiful fillets of walleye using Crawdaddys cajun seasoning. Our seasoning as soon to be available on the market hopefully we’ll have it available on Amazon around the country very soon.
