Seeking any information on this incident that happened on the M5 on the 12/3/2021 at 3:13pm. Van driver suffered no major injuries, luckily. 🙏
Looking for further dash cam footage of the vehicle that collided with the van and left the scene.
INSURANCE will not payout the van unless the driver that left the scene is found.

*Dash cam vehicle and others stopped to assist driver of the van. Police now calling on the public for further information so please share!
