Aussiecams - Help needed to identify this man after car vandalised Chadstone VIC

This time a person is depicted walking by a vehicle parked in Chadstone Victoria. Owner returned to vehicle, and discovered a number of scratches.
Parking mode reviewed on Blackvue to reveal a male walking past multiple times and a scratching noise captured on the dash cam simultaneously.
Any help identifying the male would be appreciated.
Never seen or had any issue prior with this person.
