Aussiecams - Precision Park or is this Mazda just outta control! Frankston

This time we have some cctv vision of a mazda out of control on a straight piece of road in Frankston Victoria.
Note: the 2 pedestrians out for a walk were very lucky they didnt leave home a few seconds earlier, other wise we are dealing with a very different situation here.
