Aussiecams - Kia Cerato a writeoff after van driver runs redlight Langwarrin VIC

26th September 2022, Skye Road Langwarrin.
Driver ran a red light and hit my husband and 11yr old son and destroyed our 3yr old car. Complete write off. Driver was uninsured. Our insurance company handled everything and we got our pay out in 2 weeks.
I should say, a witness said hubby didn't give way and the van driver had the green light. Very glad we had front and rear dash cams. Police and Insurance were also very happy as it made their jobs very easy.
Minor injuries and bruising for dc driver and loose tooth for 11 yr old passenger.
