Aussiecams - Garbage truck changes mind at last minute and runs over car bonnet! Language Warning 🤣

This time a Yarra City Council garbage truck changes mind at last minute from turning right to left and collects dc vehicle turning left. Clear to say the driver was not impressed! 2017 Holden Caprice, 20k damage from incident.

Ready for the comments re bike lane so here it is again 🤦‍♂️
As per the VIC road rules :
A vehicle may enter a bike lane but for no more than 50 metres, and only where necessary to pass a vehicle turning right, to enter or leave a side street, another traffic lane or parking space, or when stopping or parking if allowed.
