Girl SMASHES Head On Bridge – Boat Captain Charged!

A day on the water turned tragic when a young woman smashed her head into a low bridge and had to be rushed to the hospital with serious injuries. Florida Fish and Wildlife officers responded and arrested the boat captain, charging him with Boating Under the Influence with Serious Bodily Injury.
