Sola Scriptura disproven by the Bible

While Catholics believe in the infallibility of both the Bible and the Church, Protestants believe in Sola Scriptura, which means “the Bible is the sole infallible authority for faith and practice” So, why do I make the bold claim that the Bible itself disproves Sola Scriptura? This may rub some the wrong way so let’s take a look and you can be the judge if my argument holds water.

New Testament verses not aligning with Old Testament verses is not perceived to be a problem because of what Christians know today to be true, but that’s not the point. We know what is true because of what the infallible Church has decreed over time – not due to the infallible Bible alone. An infallible book without an infallible interpreter inevitably leads to error, which is Protestantism. Sola Scriptura? Disproved by the Bible itself!! I’d love to hear your thoughts!
