Those Who Trust – Surrounded, Guarded, Unshaken Psalm 125 | A Song of Steadfast Faith

What does trust in Yahuah look like?
It looks like standing tall when others are shaking.
It looks like walking in sunlight with no fear.
It looks like obeying His design — because we love Him, and we know He is good.
Psalm 125 tells us that those who trust in Yahuah are like Mount Tsiyon — immovable, eternal, surrounded.
“As the mountains surround Yerushalayim, so Yahuah surrounds His people – now and forever.” – Psalm 125:2
But this is not a new promise. From the very beginning, Yahuah showed His trustworthiness in creation itself.
📖 “And Alahim said, ‘Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens… to give light on the earth.’ And it was so.” – Bereshith (Genesis) 1:14–15
📖 “And Alahim saw the light, that it was good.” – Genesis 1:4
He created the sunlight — not to be feared, but to give us life, warmth, and vitamin D.
And He created clean food to nourish us — and told us what isn’t food at all.
📖 “These you may eat… whatever has fins and scales in the waters.” – Wayyiqra (Leviticus) 11:9
📖 “The swine, though it divides the hoof… it does not chew the cud. It is unclean to you.” – Leviticus 11:7
📖 “They are unclean to you… You shall not eat of their flesh, and their carcasses you shall not touch.” – Deuteronomy 14:8
He didn't make pigs or shrimp to feed us — He made them to clean the earth.
He didn't create sunscreen to protect us from His own light — He gave us design and balance in nature.
And He gave us commands — not to burden us, but to bless us.

📖 “Trust in Yahuah with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.” – Proverbs 3:5

📖 “This is the love for Yahuah, that we guard His commands. And His commands are not heavy.” – 1 John 5:3
This song is more than a Psalm. It’s a reminder:
We trust Him because He is good. We obey Him because we love Him.
And when we do?
We are like Mount Tsiyon…
