I just received my Elgato Green screen, was it worth the purchase, or was I dissappointed?

So after 3 days of failed delivery attempts by UPS. I finally received my green screen from Elgato the other day. Unfortunately, the product was damaged during shipping, I've sent various pictures to Elgato and apparently the only thing they actually noticed were the broken clips which they stated doesn't affect the proper usage of the green screen. You I'm not going to let that just slide...
