Akame ga Kill

Akame ga Kill! follows young villager Tatsumi, who travels to the Imperial Capital hoping to earn money for his impoverished hometown. However, he quickly learns that the city is plagued by deep-rooted corruption, cruelty, and exploitation. After a fateful encounter, Tatsumi is recruited by Night Raid, a secretive group of assassins fighting to overthrow the corrupt government. Within Night Raid, he fights alongside formidable comrades: Mine, a self-proclaimed genius sniper; Sheele, a gentle soul who turns into a ruthless killer against society’s worst; and their sharp, strategic leader Najenda, a former Imperial officer who now seeks justice from the outside. As Tatsumi embraces this deadly path, he learns the cost of revolution—and the sacrifices it demands.
