Senators and Witnesses LIE about AI!

In the Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on AI and fair use, Chairman Josh Hawley, along with Senator Dick Durban and several witnesses, outright lied about AI, fair use, and the Kadrey v. Meta and Bartz v. Anthropic cases in order to attack fair use and justify Congressional action against the First Amendment.
