This prophecy ultimately proved true, as his eyes were gouged out before he was taken into captivity, and he spent his final days in Babylon. This teaches us that prophecy can sometimes seem contradictory, but that doesn’t mean it’s false.

He stresses that a storm will arrive, followed by the rise of reformers who will pioneer reform, leading to a new, transformed America.
