Job part 6

One quip I would make about Chuck's summation of "science" and what it has BECOME-
"Science is the art of continually being wrong and yet forever remaining in control."

God, Yaweh
Himself
from the whirlwind speaks to Job AND us.
And he speaks at more length continually than almost anywhere else in the bible, to include The Revelation of Jesus Christ.

Job gets a bit of a dressing down from Father- absolutely terrifying.
I listen to Job and I,
I am scared. It's a bit like your sibling getting chewed out in their room and listening through the door.
I like to think I know so much sometimes and I need to remember
I don't.
Over half the time, half the things I think I know are possibly wrong-
and the other half possibly prideful.
Everything I have has been given to me by my LORD.
There was a big chunk of time in my earlier years I did not believe/understand Jesus Christ WAS God. I told people this - argued the point even. What was my reasoning?
I felt pretty confident in it, justified in it even- I wasn't doing it out of malice, I wasn't AGAINST Yeshua - no.
I argued that He was man because
1. He kept calling himself the Son of Man
and
2. He was brought to show us that it COULD be done, and that we were to follow in His footsteps. That we COULD "beat" sin.
I felt VERY sound in this...lol. Yup.
Just a few things I was missing haha.
He's not "a son of man," He's "The Son of Man." As well as not understanding a great myriad of things. Like the fact HE led a sinless life.
Whereas I had chalked up a mountainfull before I had hit 18.
It has been a process. A process the Lord has brought me along. And His patience and grace have been overwhelming, beyond measure.
I need to always keep things like this in mind when I speak to other people-
and at times I still do not.
Humility.
We are all students of The Most High.
All at different points in our learning -

«But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe.

For there is no difference; for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness,

that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.»

The things I say, the things I write-
are only for your consideration as a fellow student.
Keep this in mind.
I also don't try and say things I have not thought a great deal about and feel on very sure footing- and back up with argument and scripture...
Yet I can be wrong.

This however I do feel most confident in-

That Yeshua of Nazareth, Jesus the Christ
was born of a virgin, accordingly to the scriptures said He would be.
He was crucified
and died for our sins,
and was buried, accordingly to the scriptures said He would be.
On the third day he arose, risen by God Yaweh.
The New Covenant promised by God to man through the prophets.
He was witnessed by the apostles and over 500 people,
and ascended into Heaven,
the first fruits of God's promise.

We can be saved of our sins through faith in this, and turning from our sins, and following THE WAY of Jesus Christ.
Now go, and unashamedly spread the good news of redemption throughout the world.
