Think About It

We are citizens of another kingdom; we get our orders from our King

We are to obey our King whether we feel like it or not –
“Whatever happens, conduct yourself in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ.” – Philippians 1: 27

Live here like you belong to another kingdom, another King!

WHEN NOT TO OBEY THE GOVERNMENT:

* When the government demands that believers stop teaching the Word of God, or stop meeting together as the people of God (think Covid)

* Our greatest authority is the True God, not the government god - Acts 5: 27-29

WE MUST OBEY GOD RATHER THAN MEN - Acts 5:29

WHEN NOT TO OBEY THE GOVERNMENT (cont.):

Follow those who lead in God’s truth – Hebrews 13: 7
“Remember those who have led you, who have spoken the Word of God to you, considering the results of their conduct, imitate their faith.”

When the government wants you to do immoral actions that it deems good

Stand brothers and sisters!

Stand for truth, STAND FOR OUR KING!

“Watch, stand fast in the faith, be brave, be strong. Let all that you do be done with love.” 1 Corinthians 16: 13

We are living in the day of the falling away – 2 Thessalonians 2: 3

The Church is compromising left and right, caving to world think!

Hear Paul’s warning in 1 Timothy 4:1-2

"The Spirit clearly says that in latter times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose conciences have been seared as with a hot iron."

May we have an attitude of another-kingdom believer
