Duplicate Votes BEFORE the elections are NOT a glitch

We have been tracking duplicate votes BOTH before the election and also AFTER the election. Braden and I reported to the state of Michigan on June 3rd all the data manipulation in our reporting which has gone from bad to worse. Our voter roll reporting is absolutely BROKEN (by design, so we can not audit the elections.)
