The Spiritual Files - Episode #2

People who have suffered abuse and/or trauma tend to relate more to fear-based ideas, so when a religious teacher/leader preaches about burning in hell because you're such a bad person, they're more apt to accept that explanation, and then, of course, reject it because it's emotionally painful.

However, if we can try to understand the Mind Files - ours and others' - behind the messages, we then have the tools to overcome the negative and move toward the positive.
