The struggle with Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD) and Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) results in involuntary leg movements and an intense urge to move, causing sleepless nights and daytime fatigue. Recently, I started tracking my sleep patterns to better understand these issues, hoping to improve sleep and support each other on this journey.

Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD)
- Causes involuntary limb movements during sleep
- Leads to disrupted sleep and fatigue

Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS)
- Creates an intense urge to move legs at rest
