17. Too Small to Fail

I read Ch. 17 from my book, How to Dismantle an Empire. This continues Section FIVE: Lands of Milk & Money. It looks at system change and reimagining how we want money to work. I ask what the right size is for sovereignty and look at the average country size when the Declaration of Independence was written. I conclude with the warning of 'anti-Federalist' Brutus, Judge Robert Yates, on giving up the essential and exclusive right of taxation.
